Saturday, July 16, 2011 - Christmas in July Toy Run and Food Drive - Denton, Texas
Sponsored by Denton ABATE. This ride starts at Stonehill Center, 5800 N I-35 in Denton and leaves at 12:00 pm. The ride fee is one toy and a canned good or non-perishable item, or $10.00 for each person. All toys will be saved for the Denton County Toy Store and distributed to underprivileged children for Christmas 2011. All food will be donated to the Denton County Food Bank. Sponsored by Tiempos Locos Car Club. This motorcycle show will be held at Street Creations/ Harley Davidson lots, 3404 N 4th St. in Longview. The bike show starts at 11:00 am. Saturday, July 23, 2011 - Back the Blue Motorcycle Ride - Corsicana, Texas
Sponsored by Corsicana Police Officers' Wives Auxiliary. This ride starts at IOOF Park Pavilion, 1400 N. 45th Street in Corsicana. Registration begins at 10:00 am and the motorcycles go out at 11:00 am. The ride fee is $20.00 per motorcycle. A donation of school supplies will also be appreciated. The escorted ride will go throughout Navarro County ending with lunch and more. There will be an award for the best bike. Sponsored by 107.3 DOC FM, Fannin Bank and Kwik Check Stores. This ride starts on the Square in Bonham. Registration is at 8:00 am and the ride leaves at 9:00 am. The ride will go through Honey Grove and the National Grasslands and back to Bonham. 60% of the funds raised go back to the riders, 40 % goes to Heritage Days. Friday / Saturday, July 29-30 – Dallas HD 2012 Demos - Garland, TX , Dallas Harley-Davidson will be the first dealership in Texas to have the new 2012 models! Free demos both days from 9am to 4pm In order to participate in the demo rides, you must wear closed-toe shoes, eye-protection, long pants, and have a motorcycle endorsement on your valid drivers license. (Helmets will be provided if needed.)
