DEACON NOMINATIONS

We are presently receiving nominations for the office of deacon. We believe that the Biblical qualifications for a deacon are those listed in

 I Timothy 3:8-12. Please read these qualifications and pray for wisdom as you consider nominations for this office.

The nomination process will be open to the church body for three Sundays beginning Sunday, August 22nd and concluding on Sunday, September 5th, 2010. Nominees must be members of First Baptist Church Corinth.

After prayerful consideration, please list the men you believe to be qualified for the office of deacon at First Baptist Church Corinth on this form. Then, drop this form in the offering plate or in the box in the Welcome Center.

AWANA Clubs – “Because Kids Matter to God”  

Ages: Cubbies (3 & 4 Year Olds) Sparks (Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grade) Truth & Training (3rd-6th Grade)

 

When: Sunday afternoons 4:15 – 6:30pm during the school year.  Club Kickoff is September 19, 2010
